We are here to help with your validation
All our gadget insurance policies require you to validate the gadget(s) you are choosing to insure. This page offers examples of the image/pictures we require. Each image must be clear with any detail, numbers or key information clearly visible. When providing your IMEI validation image please note that screenshots are not acceptable.
Please note : the images have been scaled in the examples and the IMEI/serial numbers have been covered for data protection purposes.
Proof of gadgets operation/working order. This is your item turned on, displaying the start screen
Clear photo of the full front of the device. This should not obscure any visible part of the device
Photo of your device on, displaying it’s serial number or IMEI number.
Clear photo of the full back of the device. This should not obscure any visible part of the device
Photo of the product box with a copy of the IMEI number displayed.
Clear photo of the full left and right side of the device. This should not obscure any visible part of the device
