We are here to help with your validation
All our gadget insurance policies require you to validate the gadget(s) you are choosing to insure. This page details what is required from you, when and how that process can be completed.
What do i need to do?
In order to validate your gadget insurance policy we require a document(s) and image(s) detailing the gadgets serial or IMEI number, proof of purchase/ownership and image(s) of the gadgets operational and working order.
When should i validate?
You must complete the gadget validation process within 7 days of purchasing the policy, something we remind you straight after purchase, and a few weeks later. However if you did not complete validation with 7 days don’t worry your policy is still valid. You have the option to late validate your gadget subject to a late validation fee of £4.99.
