For car, home and van insurance policies we require a verbal validation – a quick call just to confirm the details of your policy. This is to ensure you are insured correctly and that the details we have are 100% true and accurate. If you purchased a policy more than 24 hours ago and have not received a call please feel free to contact us.
We’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for claims. Our Sales and Customer Service Centre is open 9am – 7pm Monday to Friday.
For customers that are deaf, hard of hearing or are speech impaired please use our online chat facility, found on the bottom right of the site.
Whilst other forms of contact are available, such as email, they do not provide immediate assistance.
Calls to our numbers are charged at local rate using any inclusive free minutes within your phone or mobile package. If chargeable, calls are charged at a lower rate than the 0800/0845 number (around 4p a minute depending on the network, charges may vary depending on your network provider).
