Making A Complaint
Please complete the form below to lodge a new complaint. Once a complaint has been received we will investigate the complaint fully by reviewing your file and will then provide a full and final response within 8 weeks. This response will typically be a formal written communication sent to you by our Complaints Manager with full details of their findings and an outcome.
Please note that upon raising a complaint you will be opted out of the automatic renewal of your policy, providing your policy is not due to expire within the next 7 days. You will receive confirmation of your auto renewal opt out by email. This does not apply to van, car or home insurance.
